It's in the name but it's true. Jessica is AWESOME. I'm a very type A bride and needed someone I could trust to bring my vision to life, and our wedding wouldn't have been the same without her! It rained on our wedding day (of all the days to rain in the desert) and she made SURE our ceremony was still set up outside. Not only is her personality is so fun and commands a room, she was on top of things throughout the whole day, making sure we had food and drinks, and everyone was where they needed to be. Jessica and her staff weee simply amazing! She was easy to communicate with and very reliable. Kevin and Sylvia were the professionals we were lucky to get! They were absolutely wonderful. Extremely professional while warm and helpful. They did not need direction, they knew exactly what to do without me even asking, always one step ahead. It allowed me to fully enjoy my guest and my party. My the house was spotless at the end of the evening. It was so refreshing to have a clean and put back together kitchen at the nights end. Cannot recommend enough! I was looking for someone to grill dinner for one night of my bachelorette party and Jessica recommended two "butlers." Mark and Miles were incredible!! They made us snacks, amazing drinks, grilled an awesome dinner, and were both just so lovely and fun to have! They were super professional and both great at what they do. I'll start with this, if you want your wedding/event to be EPIC, then make sure you hire Jessica and her team right away! We were fortunate enough to have her services for our wedding, including pre-planning, day of coordination, and staffing, and it was the greatest decision we've ever made. From the beginning, Jessica took the time to understand our crazy vision and immediately began working tirelessly to help us bring it to life. And not just for our wedding but for the whole wedding weekend. She helped us plan multiple events to give our guests the best experience possible. She passionately cares about her clients, and it shows as she'll do all she can to get the job done. She is extremely well connected in the Coachella Valley and has access to all the best vendors, which was a huge help in planning. We had multiple, top-rated options to choose from for all possible vendors, and that helped us tailor our wedding to our style without sacrificing any quality. She's also incredibly resourceful and consistently found creative ways to help us get the things we wanted while working within a budget. Another key piece to consider is her staff. For one, her ability to staff was a huge advantage in planning vs. having to outsource ourselves. But more importantly, they were absolutely wonderful. They worked their tails off to ensure our guests were taken care of and made to feel special the whole weekend. Everyone was professional, courteous, and punctual and excelled at their respective jobs. There is no way we could've done what we did without them and without Jessica at the helm. Perhaps best of all, though, Jessica is an absolute joy to work with. We became fast friends in this process and shared countless laughs and stories during the whole process. Given how stressful planning a wedding can be, that was a big plus and it was a huge relief to know that Jessica truly had our backs throughout. Come the weekend, she was an absolute rock star. Taking great care of us and making sure everything was as special as possible for us. "I think Jessica became a part of our family this weekend" is a direct quote from my mother after the wedding. We used Awesome events by Jessica for pre-wedding support, rehearsal dinner and day of coordination as well as staffing for bartenders, servers etc. Jessica and her team were absolutely amazing! From my first phone call with her, I knew that she was the planner I NEEDED to use! Our venue required us to bring everything in from outside such as catering, rentals and decor. I was feeling overwhelmed when I first started, but after hiring Jessica, things felt much more at ease! Jessica was incredibly organized and on top of everything for pre wedding planning. She had amazing recommendations for vendors and personally reached out herself to find out their availability. She kept me on track making sure that I had everything I needed booked in a timely manner and to not worry about other things that didn't need to be booked right away and could wait. She would also consistently set up calls with me to ensure things were on pace. The rehearsal dinner and day of wedding, Jessica and her team were incredible. Jessica made sure that everything was done exceptionally, from making sure furniture was set up properly to setting up all the decor and confirming we had everything we needed for the night and day to run smoothly. My husband and I as well as our family and friends were able to relax and enjoy the day as Jessica and her team took care of everything. We all ended up jumping into the pool and Jessica even made sure that we had drinks delivered to us when we were in there!Overall I would highly recommend Jessica to anyone needing a wedding planner!
